Bookings & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event, or 4 weeks before weddings.

Refunds & Date Changes

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to move your booking to an alternative date where possible, provided we are given at least 2 weeks’ notice and availability allows.

Travel & Collection Charges

Travel and collection costs are charged at 45p per mile return, calculated from CH49.

Styling Equipment & Collections

If tablescape or styling equipment is hired and requires collection after the event, a collection fee will be added to the total cost, in addition to standard travel charges.

Any lost or damaged hire items will incur a charge at retail replacement value.

Styling equipment must be returned clean. It is the responsibility of the client or venue to ensure all hired items are cleared of food and returned in a clean condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

Parking

Parking is required on site to allow us to unload food coolers and tablescape equipment. If parking is limited or unavailable, please let us know in advance and we will try to find a solution.

Food Handling (Delivered Orders)

If food is delivered and not consumed immediately, it must be kept refrigerated.

For the best grazing experience, we always recommend consuming on the same day.

If not refrigerated, platters must be consumed within 4 hours.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies well in advance of your event.

While we take care, we cannot accommodate specialist allergy requests due to the risk of cross contamination. Graze Upon Us cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where allergies or dietary requirements have not been disclosed in advance.

Food allergy signage is provided with every graze.

Waste & Disposal

Graze Upon Us is not responsible for the removal or disposal of food waste after the event.

If a venue requires us to remove waste and it cannot be disposed of in the venue’s bins, an additional charge of £50 will apply.
